Clear Vision

Everywhere I go the main request from people at work is to understand where they are going! It is the fundamental role of a leader to provide clarity – especially in our current environment of uncertainty. At the heart of clarity is vision. Vision is the is the super-fuel to sustain you, both on a personal and organizational level.

On a personal level it is critical to ask yourself, ‘What is my vision as a leader and how will I know if I realise it?’
